How to sign-up for your test
Obtain an FRN (FCC Registration Number) if you don’t already have one. You will not be able to register for—or take—your license test without an FRN. Hams upgrading their license already have an FRN and can look it up in the Commission Registration System (CORES)
Pay the $15 test fee. It will be be invoiced separately through PayPal after step 2 is completed
What to bring to the test
- All test takers must bring
- Photo ID
- Test takers who did not pre-register and pre-pay online must also bring
- ▪️FRN print out
▪️ $15 cash or check payable to RRRA VE Team
▪️ Copy of current license for upgrades
