RRRA will not be providing communication support for the 2023 Jingle Bell Run because no one was willing to volunteer to coordinate the radio operators.
Our inability to service existing public service communication clients could very likely lead to fewer future oportunities for RRRA to fulfill the fundamental purpose of the Amateur Radio Sevice defined in 14 CFR Part 91.1 (a).
The RRRA May Meeting is your opportunity to become a SKYWARN® Spotter or refresh your training for 2023.
Participate in a timely and interesting class and enjoy some eyeball QSOs; no club business will be be discusssed at this meeting!
First Responders, Amateur Radio Operators, and members of the public interested in becoming SKYWARN® weather spotters—and current spotters who wish to refresh their skills—are encouraged to save the date for one of the three in-person training opportunities to be offered in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

You can provide The Salvation Army with auxiliary & emergency radio communications—along with technical support—during disasters and special events as an Emergency Disaster Services SATERN volunteer.
Members volunteer under the direction of a Salvation Army staff member or a staff appointed volunteer leader with experience. Members are required to be current on all of The Salvation Army training requirements.
