Committee Reports
Cass County (ND) ARES
Mark KK0V thanked Bob KA0Q for his long range AREDN presentation that was held prior to the regular business meeting. Mark stated that another tutorial session on AREDN will be held at the regular meeting time and place on the third Tuesday of December, even though there is no club business meeting scheduled in December. The MOU for the AREDN node on the Black Building was discussed, it is still progressing, but there were no updates.
Clay County (MN) ARES
Seth KC0ODE was absent, but Jared W0JPJ reported that the club’s new paging application, ‘I am Responding’ is in the testing stage.
Technical
Bob W0HNV reported that he visited the repeater at Nelson hall to do some troubleshooting.
Education
Bob W0HNV reported that the ‘General’ class was now completed and that the ‘Extra’ class would be starting on January 8th, 2020.
Volunteer Examiners
Pete WC0G reported that a testing session was to be held after the meeting.
Hamfest
Mike NY0MN and Anton KC0PFS were absent from the meeting.

Old Business
Jingle Bell Run
It will be held on December 7th, contact Lori KC0GQE to sign up.
RRRA Christmas Party
It will be held on December 4th at Pizza Ranch, Lori has reserved a private room.
New Business
Power Supply Reimbursement
Bob W0HNV moved to reimburse himself $160.35 for an expense incurred for a replacement repeater power supply. Ken W0CZ seconded. Motion carried.
Hamfest
Bob W0HNV reported that Mike Heiler NY0MN has moved to Arizona for the winter and is no longer interested in co-chairing Hamfest. Bob recommended that a club officer visit the fair office to get the space booked and dates figured out. Lori KC0GQE will visit the fairground representative with Bob to work out the details for next year.
