Jake K0RQ reported that last month’s minutes are available on the club website and on the cloud website. One typo was reported.

Steve K0STK asked about an audit of the finances. Lori said the last one was five years ago. She will see if Jim W0OS can complete an audit after club elections in February.

Committee Reports
Cass County ARES
Mark KK0V reported all ID badges have been distributed. Anyone still needing one should see the instructions on the cloud website. Members wanting to participate in ARES are encouraged to get the new enhanced ID badge.
There was an issue with West Fargo Fire losing communications at their south station, and they requested our assistance to restore communications. Jim N0TSZ was able to get them setup with an antenna. This will be a temporary fix until they get up and running with their ARMER system. Mark noted in the process of this he determined we will need to replace the lead acid batteries in the trailer as they have gotten old.
Clay ARES
Seth KC0ODE was not present. Jarod W0JPJ noted our I Am Responding account is up for renewal.

Technical
Kirk W0HNV reported he finally got in touch with John Vick, he will have a new replacement repeater for Grandin ready by tomorrow. Del N0IPC will be passing through Crookston and will pick it up from John. We are still looking for a new site in Western Cass County replace the Wheatland repeater. Jake K0RQ mentioned he may have a lead on a tower site near Embden but there may be a technical limitation. Jarod W0JPJ mentioned we would be willing to donate his spare DMR repeater for the Harwood site. We may also be able to add a repeater in Horace.
Education
Classes are still on hold. Brad KE0LDS is doing classes on his own via Zoom that should finish up next week.
Hamfest
Pete WC0G had nothing to report. They will start planning after the first of the year. Mark KK0V thought the pandemic should be under control by this fall and the hamfest should be able to proceed as planned.
VEs
Pete WC0G reported the VEs did a practice session with Zoom a few weeks ago. The VEs will be helping the Maple Grove club with their testing sessions later this week. Maple Grove is doing 8 testing sessions in January and will need our assistance. Any VEs that want to help with virtual testing should talk to Pete WC0G.
Media
Steve K0STK’s report is available on the cloud website. Meeting minutes are always uploaded in plain text to the website and in word processor form on the cloud website. Old Business

Anton KC0FPS has the paperwork and will get it sent off to the FCC.
Club Zoom Account
Jarod W0JPJ purchased the Zoom account, total cost was $160.96. User information was shared with Pete WC0G to do virtual testing. Anyone from the club wanting to utilize the account for club activities should talk with Jarod.

Good of the Order
- Mike Heiler NY0MN passed away in early November. A moment of silence was held in is honor. In lieu of flowers the club sent a donation to the VA in his honor.
