Old Business

New Meeting Format

Tabled pending the outcome of the bylaw change.

Bylaw Laywer Fees

Seth KC0ODE reported he talked with attorney Joe Truman. He did not write up a retainer as there is nothing he feels he needs to look at; corporate paperwork is separate from the bylaws. Mark KC0SHM suggested to proceed with the bylaw changes and save the allocated funds in case the club runs into an issue. Seth will present the first of three required readings of bylaw changes next month.

New Repeaters

Covered in Technical Committee report.

New Business

President Vacancy

Eli K0PPE has accepted a new job in South Dakota and must resign from his position as President. Section 7 of bylaws state that a special election must be conducted at the next meeting to fill the vacancy. Mark KC0SHM will oversee this special election.
